In recent years, the world has witnessed an alarming rise in pollution levels, setting the stage for what could be the next global disaster.
Pollution, once regarded as a localized issue, has now metastasized into a menacing force with far-reaching consequences.
Let's delve into the intricate web of pollutants that permeate our air, water, and soil, unravelling the reasons behind the impending catastrophe and exploring the urgent need for collective action to avert a crisis that could reshape the very fabric of our world.

Air Pollution: The Silent Killer
The unrelenting increase in industrial activities and vehicle emissions has led to a surge in air pollution levels worldwide. As a silent but deadly adversary, polluted air is linked to respiratory diseases, cardiovascular problems, and even premature deaths. The indiscriminate release of greenhouse gasses further accelerates climate change, posing a threat to the very fabric of our planet.

Water Contamination: A Threat to Life

Some of these incidents have been either political, religious or ideological, influencing people to support extremism. A few examples include: The 1998 US embassy attack in Nairobi. The 2007 post election violence where different ideologies were spread leading to tribal clashes. The Shakahola massacre in 2013 where people were convinced to fast till death in order to meet Jesus in heaven. All these incidents and more have led to an unpeaceful nation to an extent of destruction of property and death of many people.
