I’ve come to understand this deeply through my personal journey, serving in dual roles as Operations Manager at RegisTree, a community-based waste management and composting enterprise, and Chairperson of Dabaso Youth for Green Future, a youth-led organization focused on environmental action and empowering sustainable livelihoods. From the outside, planning and implementation may look like two natural stages of a project. One lays the foundation, and the other builds on it. But in reality, these stages often conflict, overlap, or even clash, especially in a grassroots setup where time, support, and resources are thin. WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE AZIMIO 10 POINT AS UNVEILED BY THE PARTY LEADER AND THE FLAG BEARER.

A day after being cleared by the Independent Electoral and Boundary Commission (IEBC), The former prime minister of Kenya has anveiled his campaign manifestos. Monday night was a historic day for Azimio la Umoja
supporters as they gathered at Nyayo stadium for the great celebration of unveiling of Azimio la Umoja Manfesto.

The Part leader stipulated the manifestos in a 10 point agenda which will cater for all the areas and needs of the society.

The 10 points agenda include: 

1. Azimio la Ugatuzi



This will champion for increase in devolved resources and advancing a "one county, one product programme."

2. Azimio la Jitihada

 As the driver of economic revolution, Raila promised to steer development of all the sectors of the economy and promote economic opportunities for all.

3. Azimio la kina Mama




This will unlock financial support for women, creating busness opportunities and providing all required enabling factors such as access to assets for production, land tenure and promotion representation in all government sectors.

4. Azimio la Ukulima



This will create enabling environment for agriculture, agro-processing, livestock farming and growth of the blue economy.
This will too bring a relief to the coastal people as for the first time coconut will be made cash crop under the Azimio govement.

5. Azimio la Viwanda



The manufacturing sector shall produce input materials like steel, copper, and glass for further processing into finished products, and secondary production of goods like engineering manufacturing machinery, transport and agricultural machinery, tools and implements to be applied in the mechanization and automation of agriculture, livestock, blue economy, mining and processing. 
Industrialization will be a key for wealth creation with production of hydrogen as fuel in industries.

6. Azimio la Wananchi

This agenda recognized that, whichever the government comes on power, the people will remain sovereign, the government will be theirs and their views be respected.

7. Baba care




This will focus on social protection and transformation and universal healthcare.
Every citizen should enjoy the right to accessible, quality and affordable healthcare.
The government will ensure every citizen has a health coverage scheme.

8. Waste not a Single Child 



This programme will ensure that not some students but all students get rightful access to quality education. Education will be totally free right from primary to university.


9. Maji kwa kila boma





Water is very essential and basic to human life. The government when elected will ensure not only water will be provided but clean and safe water for every citizen.

10. Administrative Continuity 

Those elected into power must be responsible for the mandate given to them by the electorate.  This agenda will mostly focus on the battle against corruption, and ensure efficacy and transparency on the public servants hence proper use of public resources.


The 10 points agenda ensures coverage of all the economic problems facing kenyans hence the flag bearer asks for support from al kenyans to bring this plan to reality.
